Did you try and post pad it? Assuming all your jets were not clogged. What type of glide do you have?

The last time you cleaned it did you use a different wand? I too have been having a terrible time with streaking. I have tried numerous jet configurations but they all overspray. I have a Prochem 4 jet wand with a glide. I have long jet extenders and 95 degree jets. I could try 80's on the outside but the 95's barely put enough pressure near the edge as it is. The only real solution I see is to have the glides come with built in spray guards on the back. I just got back from a small job (cell phone store) and I got sick of dry stroking every sqaure inch so I just went back to my unglided wand and dealt withe the chattering which was better than having a wand overspray.

fouled jet or three???

I just recently learned this one from a friend who owns a GH

check jet manifold for proper jet alignment .
it's connected to the thin flimsy metal of the wand head .
(That's why I think the CMP wand in general is a flimsy headed POS)

daily use and/or crew abuse can cause the manifold to move out of adjustment
