We are finding that more and more shearing a rug must be offered as part of our service.

Do you offer that service as a rug washing professional? If not, you may consider taking it to a company that does. It creates a "wow" factor that sets you apart from others.

Here is one rug that has sustained damage, according to the home owner, from 3 four-legged house pets. The pet's nails obviously need attention as much as this rug's pile does:

Yes we have to do this often. It is a problem that we see more and more of. However, just give it a little haircut and it is good.
