You seem to forget that I've had five OP machines including the spider that you had and none of them were worth keeping...

Never had the opportunity to run any of the new Trinity machines but I ran several of John's older machines. The early models ran great but looked a little cheesy. I ran a couple of models at MF in Atlanta a few years ago and was impressed with the build and they ran smoothly.

That being said we owned 2 Sprayborgs and 1 Vibe. All good machines, the Sprayborgs are a bit long in the tooth we used them quite a bit on commercial work. The Vibe was built much more solid and I like how much better it was than the older units.

I do like the Trinity design with the larger solution down low. Much better than the bottle or small tank on the Orbot units. The design is nice looking too. If I were purchasing again, I'd want to test drive one.

I agree. I have the sprayborg but was able to test drive the Phoenix and was impressed enough to buy one. I could have saved a thousand bucks and bought a vibe but I like the Phoenix a thousand bucks more.

I'm kidding of course, well not about the mailbox.

I wouldn't want someone just buying something because it's the hot new thing and then later to hear it's not anymore and now there is a new "Hot New Thing".

Been there done that, that's why I like Mikeyfest's. Get out there and clean for a good cause but also take advantage of the opportunity to actually use that equipment. Not just kick the tires but use it enough to decide if it's what was hyped about.

That's exactly what I did. Had my cimexes, my sprayborg, have used 175's with bonnets, etc. Looking for the best machine to move forward with the type of encap work I want to bid on and the Phoenix fits the bill perfectly. I love attending the Mikey fests and helping out on the RM houses but it is an education at the same time. Getting to try out the latest equipment is a real bonus.
