Can this be corrected? Some yahoo streaked the hell out of this rug. I have an idea of what I would do. Customer understands that it’s already damaged.

That design is made by some machine not a wand streaking.
Is it clean?
If not rewash and set Nap. You may need to groom nap in a few different directions North-South, S-N, E-W and W-E.
Should solve problem.

Probably want a Cheap solution because owner to cheap to call you first.
So in a quart Pump-up, Hot tap water, 2 tablespoons Alchohol 1/4 Teaspoon
Fabric Softener. Mist then brush nap. After impressions are gone set nap of entire rug in one direction laying down.
Message me with any questions

It looked like jet streaking to me. I tried to rub it out it out. It remained in every direction.

@FredC said it could be from a vacuum.
That was my little bookmark of sorts ;)

but yea it looks to me like vac lines.....it could be a wand or whatever though

similar to these...note in the first pic you also see a stop "bar" similar to what is seen in your first pic

le to pile
@FredC said it could be from a vacuum.
This had to happen when the rug was wet therefore the solution is to re-wet/wash then set nap.
It could have been an idiot encapsulator that didn't let it dry throughly then vacuumed while still wet therefore setting the nap.
These Chinese ##line rugs are susceptible to pile distortion because of the "patina" wash after Knotting/Manufacture.

Will someone please sabotage this post I'm bored.
