Curious t know how they are implementing this. Unless they change their entire biz model - I can't see how their current model would end up a success in this game.
Currently, plumbers there are each basically mini roto rooter business owners. They have to own their own van, sticker it, buy their own uniforms, buy their tools from roto, buy supplies from roto, carry their own insurance, buy their own gas, maintain their own vehicle, etc - (but also can't drive them off work, and must sign a non-compete).
Wouldn't life be grand if we multi truckers could get away with this.......

Remodelers are now mold experts
I guess it is only right that plumbers start getting into structural drying
