If anybody has any ideas why my white magic 1200 HO draws 6GPM Constant with the metering shut off after changing both valves lemme know. If anybody has a link where I can buy a chem jug that holds 15 Gal that would help me out. Thanks!

look closely in the machine when it running. Mine does that when there is a leaky fitting.

Does you flow meter read 6 GPH? If it does and you have replaced the primer valve check the needle valve on the adjustment knob. If you have changed that :? :?: I am at a loss.

If the chemical pump diaphragm has ruptured, it will constantly pull chemical into your water pump and distribute it throughout your system.

Does the unloader valve operate properly?

Does your pressure drop to zero when you release the trigger on the wand valve?

If the check valve in the unloader valve fails, the pressure will be nearly constant at the pressure gauge, regardless of the position of the wand trigger. Another result is that chemical flows constantly.
