Residential to Commercial ratio?

What is yours?

I was just looking over my files and found that I was right at about 50/50 with a little more on the Residential side.

by commercial I mean all buildings commercial, prop managers, realtors, contracts with other cleaning companies even if I'm sent to houses.

Commercial is the way to go for cash flow but I think residential is good money now and quality work (not as many nasties).

I am just curious to see where I am at compared to all of you.

The other is made up of other things like carpet repairs, water extraction and protector sales.

For our on location (non - restoration) Division we are about 88% res 12% comm by volume of jobs, and about 84%-16% by revenue.

This year I'd say I'll probably do about 30% commercial in volume. I'd do even more if I could. All the more business I can get I'm all for.
