Replacement gauges for White Magic TM

PLEASE, thank you, LOL.

I have a White Magic t/m that has very poor components. The led temp gage keeps burning out and is 500 dollars a pop, ouch. The needle on my rpm gage shakes/spins in circles so much that not only can I not figure out the rpms but I get so dizzy I've fallen over before...anyhow where can I find quality replacements for these cheap shortcuttted piss poor quality components...
