New local minor league team asked for an estimate on cleaning the court (7200 ft) ..
Using the Dirt Dragon and a follow up white pad/175 buff, I'm thinking it wool take 5 to 6 hours.
The season just ended (2nd place) so they want it done now (day/ working hours) and then once a month during the season.
Two man job...what would you charge?

They will consider a advertising barter of some sort.

Let's have the next Mikefest there, using the BB court for, well, basketball, and have vendors around the perimeter. Me and Yokum and Crowley and Truckmount Girl against all comers.

That's a lot of stop, dump, refill w/ the dirt dragon for something that large, you sure it'll take just 5 hours?

I would buy an auto scrubber and propane buffer if you get the work, be done in an hour. Use a gym floor cleaner, it will help with the shine, help remove body oils and provide better traction when done cleaning. They can also use the same
product to sweep the floor with a damp microfiber dust mop.

yeah those are super small tanks on that dirt dragon! lol

here is a suggestion for a machine.

it is perfect for wide open spaces that get done once in a while.

this autoscrubber didnt cost much more then a dirt dragon either....

17" head, 8 gallon tanks, 80 pounds head pressure, 75' power cord and only weights 125 pounds ( compared to its battery sibling which weighs in @ 268!) Also comes apart in 3 sections. The recovery and fresh tank simply lift off and the handle assembly folds flat

If the floor required a deep scrub you can simply put a SPP pad under the regular red or whatever you wanted to use as cushioning.

Just finished a 65,000 sq job with it. They installed 5-7,000 sq a day and I would follow behind.

In the video was teaching a friend to do vct, after he left I just used the autoscrubber with the spp and did it all solo.. talk about $$$ on that job

they emailed to day and want to go for it.

I contacted Ray at CMS and he will be bringing down a 20" Advance auto scrubber for me to test/borrow.

why they don't buy their own is beyond me. Maybe they are and used me to do their research for them.

A tip for you when scrubbingt he floor. Don't start on one end and scrub a straight line then turn on go parallel in the other direction. Split the gym in half. Start in the center and do ovals to one side of the gym and then come back to the center, keep scrubbing in the oval pattern until you reach the other side of the gym. This will save time and you won't leave puddles all over the floor.

or if you go back and forth...make 1 or 2 more runs around the outside to suck up said puddles...or rather make your last 2 or 3 passes full around court passes...

propane on wood finish???? hummmm

oh and its cali....I think they outlawed propane indoors....

You figure out how to make Word files look legit yet?

You figure out why your customers should pay you replacement cost for cleaning their lightly soiled carpet but you should only have to pay people with talent, a degree, and student loans $35?

Perhaps you should notify the next Mrs P. that she could get her slightly soiled carpets cleaned for 9.95 per room .............................no sweat
