I haven't experienced it yet, but I'm concerned about that spray foam insulation that attaches itself to plywood in walls. It's essentially a moisture barrier and if the plywood gets soaking wet from an inside or outside source, how can it be dried properly without manually hand scraping that shit off the wood? And does that have a separate code on Xactimate?

Has anyone here experienced that yet? I'm only familiar with dealing with R-14 insulation

If water gets under the spray foam between floor joists or behind the spray foam between wall frames, the affected areas of the foam must be removed. Be careful of electric wires or plumbing that might be hidden in the foam.

There are companies that specialize in removing the foam. That’s the route I would go
