a lot of the high dollar sealers are a real pita to remove the excess once the stone is saturated. lots of buffing and cussing..

Not this stuff.

Stone pro makes some great products. I really like their impregnating sealer. Performs very well and easy to apply. Would like to try Cobb's sealer to compare but not sure if I can get it up in Canada .

Don't get a lot of stone jobs but use on ceramic floors or other man made tile. Light mist on entire floor, squeegee into grout lines, microfibre mop and boom. Haven't had a complaint about the odour either.

I've using that stuff for over 10 years now. But I still have to mist with Finishing Touch and dry buff with a microfiber or lambswool on the Makita after applying the sealer.
