no, family is from new mexico, I was raised in CA. just moved up this way 1 yr ago.

Hey Charles,

Here's one I use . My female customers love it. I change the wording to read " I can't talk yet so I am sending you this post card as a reminder. It has been 6 months since we cleaned your carpets. Your carpets will last longer if you have them professionally cleaned every 6-12 months. If you are ready to clean again please give us a call at 530.573.1918. Thank You".

I have a system where I send out a thank you card immediately after the job is done then I schedule the reminder card to be sent out in 6 months. All with the click of the mouse. I don't have to worry about remembering 6 months later. Hope this helps.
