What offers do you use in your post card mailings? What works best?

I am putting together a post card now and want to know what offers work and what to avoid.

I added a coupon on my post card stating "Get your living room deep cleaned for $20 including Scotchgard"

It has been good for getting them to pickup the phone. You just have to sell the rest of the house and upholstery when you get there...
