Oriental rugs , nain beige , help me please

Hi guys
i am from Italy and my english i bad.
I wash many oriental rugs in a mounth with good result. When i wash this kind of rug (nain beige) then result is not good.

My washing method:
1)Dust the rug with dusting machine
2)Wash the rug with rotowash (multiwash) with soft bristles. Hot Water. Different cleaning chemicals, with high and low ph
3)Rinse it with injection/extraction machine with acid rinse

Are you referring to the yellowing part of the rug?
Did it have pet stains on it that needed to be fixed?
is it made of viscose?
If you are cleaning natural fiber rugs- don't use High ph chemicals

how do the fibers feel? I think you need to flush it some more with cold water.

the downstairs apartment of their neighbors was destroyed by fire (2 children died). The rug was covered with ash.
