Online scheduling

Who here does online scheduling? how many of your customers actually use it?
It seams like it would be a lot more convenient if I was a customer I would go for it.

I'm curious about this also. I would like for someone who does it to explain how it works. Basically how a person would know which time slots are available so that you don't end up with double booking. The only way I could figure to do it would be for the custy to request a time slot and then you contact them to verify it's availability.
