Dunno, keep plugging at it, I got my tech onboard with the upsells after he made $180 in commission one day last week. He did $250 in upsales yesterday on 4 groupons, so I think that will help a ton now that were both on the same page...
I'm really hesitant on running a deal on living social and groupon etc.
How did you do on the upsells/additional services?
Does servicemonster have a way to track the profitability of these deals these types of deals?
We just ask them if they have anything else they'd like us to look at/quote while were there (for example...) then ask if they want scotchgard. I don't use Service Monster currently...
