A person can sometimes forget how good it makes people feel when you give someone and extra special complement on their good work.

I always let someone know when they have helped me out that I appreciate it.
Lifting up the spirit of others helps them keep up the good work for others and so on.

But it's ok to give someone hell every once in a while right??
