I've had a few adjusters tell me that xactimate is BS and that they think it is crap.
I was wondering if there or any other programs like xactimate? If so, what and have you had any experience using the other programs?

I'm thinking of getting a back up program so I can hand the jerk adjusters a bill using two formats. I feel if I follow the S500 standard and get approval from the adjuster for all the work that I do that I should get paid for it. Is that too much to ask? these adjusters want to beat me up on my price every time...I kinda like it...

Should I inflated bills to adjusters that I know are gonna jew me down?

We have Bluebook as well as Exactimate, but don't use it very often. Most insurance companies out this way want an Exactimate bill.
