For the most part yes.

Every high dollar item implies its is more valuable. Likewise an item that is sold as cheap implies lower value. Now there are always those items that break those generalities but those are few and far between.

Agreed. I'm seeing that thier is so many areas I can improve on. Those little things that you (me too now) guys do make a huge difference. Lots of wisdom on this board.

Then those higher prices should always add value to the customer even if it's peace of mind. After all we are I thier homes.
