Depends on what the majority of the clientèle is seeking. In my service company it's:

"Always on-time, Always Respectful, Always Guaranteed!"

Of course we have a remedy in place in case we fail - anywhere from 10% off the bill if we violate #1 all the way to partial to full refund if we fail on #2 or 3.
