Excuse me Mr. deemers, you are factually incorrect. I did not call Steve Smith a Nazi. I referred to his board as the NAZI board. Big difference so please get it correct when you quote me. The board was labeled the NAZI board by a "RESPECTED" member of this forum long before I visited that slow moving board. Also I said Steve is as bad as John Geurkink for covering for him by removing the thread that mentioned Todd winning the case, but I said that to Steve first in a response to his email. When I said I was no longer going to post on his board or buy his products he the replied that I'm banned. Pretty hilarious really, as I was done there.
If in the future you are this unclear about what I said please feel free to give me a call. Oh and mention to your buddy John that I just finished the paper work for Todd to levy His personal property. If you haven't heard , his motion for retrial was denied by the court and there is no remaining appeals path. The matter is resolved with respect to the court. John seems to think he is entitled to the machine now, LOL. Again another perfect example of his arrogance and ignorance all wrapped up in one thick head. Todd was awarded $4500 in damages, there is no order mandating the return of the unit. Per the court order Todd retains legal ownership of his bent handle machine and can do whatever he wants with it. You might mention to your buddy that if he thinks he gets to dictate terms to the court, he is mistaken. Additionally if he thinks he can delay paying just to hike Todd's collection cost (legal fees) he is mistaken. I have offered to do whatever filings Todd needs as a favor so it will cost him ZIP to haul John to Idaho for interrogatories, even if a show cause summons is needed. It will cost him zip in legal fees to levy John's personal property, record the judgement with all credit agencies, and if necessary file for a sheriff's sale of John's home. That paper works is already completed as well and will cost TODD, ZIP.
Anyone want to come to an auction on the court room steps? I'm going to talk TODD into buying a few kegs and turning it into a tail gate party on honor of our favoriate Kentucky hillbilly. Maybe he can auction the famous Trinity and we can rig the auction so Demers wins.

Just to give you a little insight . You will notice that their is a guy by the name of (Conner) who is posting on this thread. First of all he is not even a carpet cleaner or even sells to carpet cleaners. He is a plumber hanging out on a carpet cleaners BB.LOL The guy John he is talking bad about had him banned from another BB a while back and as you can well imagine from (Conners) posts that their is a history and he is a shund man and is doing everything he can to reclaim his humility.
I do not know the history of the few negative people that are active on this thread but I can tell you that they live in a very small world.

I think most users that pay attention are aware that both Bawb and Connor have a thing for John G and their posts should, for the most part, be disregarded.............in fact they were the reason I locked the last thread..
but that certainly doesn't change the FACTS of the CASE..........
John is in no danger of being banned...by mods/admins at least.....but there are other ways the "golden rule" of MB is enforced here and that is what you are seeing................
