We only apply micrban on Cat 3 losses. It is now in the new standard that doing it this way is acceptable. However, we have not done this for about 10 years now.

We had too many customer complaints on the odor, to continue using it.

While it's certainly a great product, it was causing us to go back and ventilate when there was a complaint.

We still use the UnSmoke's QGC and many of there other products.

More and more folks are switching to Fiberlocks IAQ2000 and Shockwave. EPA registered and 2oz per gallon. I have a big conflict. Do I keep pushing Microban (blue) which you use straight or IAQ2000 or shockwave which mixes 2oz per gallon? I make more on the blue cuz you use it straight so you burn through it and have to buy more yet fiberlock is a better value for my customers...sigh sometimes it sucks caring about people.

I hear that John! But we are here to help. Sporicidin is pretty popular here but shockwave is dilutable and more cost effective so it is gaining in status as well.

per the new standards, you are not supposed to be spraying this on all water damages.
