But you use the same vacuum they can buy at walmart.
It would add an hour to properly vacuum the average job.
Have you ever wondered what your customer thinks how much they are paying you to vacuum with the same vacuum in their closet?
How many have asked if you use your vacuum in homes with dogs and cats?
Does your waste tank on your van get debris in it?
I’ve been trying to tell the Alabamian inbred that, but he doesn’t pay attention

You’ll still need minty fresh breath and a pleasing personality. You can fake the personality.

Because after a lot of back and forth and testing both glides. The dry times difference is minimal at best.

The hole glide struggles to suck up dead moths or similar debris we find in homes. I hate having to unhook my hose to suck something up that my wand should be able to get. And before you make assumptions about vacuuming. We have the customer vacuum, we vacuum, we prespray, CRB, all before HWE.

And if we are saying that slot cleans trashed carpet better, wouldn't it also clean any carpet better?

But, The argument that a hole dries faster than a slot I feel is a bit over embellished.

I do want to make it clear that the Green Glide in any shape is a true asset to any wand. I just happen to have a difference of opinion on which version is best.
I agree.

Slot allows the wand to pick up gunk like it is suppose to while not interfering with the massive air intake generated by #4 or higher blower.

My #4 blower produces more then enough air intake to pick up every piece of gunk off the carpet. At the end of each job i send a photo of the gunk from the filter of what was pickup from the carpet. Every client is both horrified and impressed.

might want to rethink that practice...

[ normal] People don't want to be showed what slobs they are.

Been doing it for years. Never had negative reaction. Most add a little tip and appreciate my phenomenal results.

You’re smart to ignore advice you get here on anything other than tools. And you need to ignore half THAT.

No idea what groove your referring to on a Hybrid
Groove, no groove. The groove causes the glide to grab the carpet. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a glide :headscratch:

The groove is to prevent lines from the bridges and to create airflow at the end for better edge cleaning and reduce lockdown.

Many cleaners like the little bit of bite that the groove creates. Our grove is less grabby than others..

Try a glideless wand like a Prochem Ti or Quad sometimes, that tiny bit of grab is nothing...

The last time I tried wanding on a thick pile with my prochem ti without a glide was crazy hard to do

I think that’s why my old boss only had his hg set at 11 back in the late 90s when I was a kid

44 and some months

Wow. I didn’t know kids were that old.

I will say I try to stay in kid mode on my days off. I want to have a dirtbike and street bike again. And I bought some new high dollar to me RC cars last Christmas. And I like playing paintball more than my own kids do. lol. Maybe because I can take my frustrations of them out on the field. Lol
