Why not?

How much will people pay to have their trash cans cleaned and disaffected one time or monthly maybe $15 a can quarterly?

If you got all 30,000 homeowners in the Carson Valley to do it four times a year and you may pay off that truck in five years

If 30k people were doing it quarterly for $15, that would be $112,500 per month and servicing 7500 cans per month. I wonder how much fuel you would use?

It seems like a lot of work. Can you imagine how many doors you would have to knock on... "Excuse me Mrs. Pooh, you forgot to bring your can to the curb..... Oh you were asleep? I'm sorry."

I’ve been following that “opportunity “ for over a year now and talking to different operators.
$5 per month is the norm.

washing out trash cans is the stupidest thing.

IF I was to open a waste disposal division on my business, I would include a free garbage can washing to all the customers that have my garbage can after I cleaned their carpet each time.

It's stupid to charge for that. I don't see any way to profit. It would only have the potential to grow both the cleaning business and the waste disposal business together through marketing and have that one advantage over both types of competition.

I know a guy in Texas that is making a good living at $5 per can, but he’s in Dallas ... great market.

Re check your math

if 30k people quarterly clean , then that’s 120k annual cleanings (30k X 4 times per year)

10,000 cans per month = $150k per month or $1.8 million / annually

beats driving across america cleaning churches
