Greasy Kitchen tile

Best Chem to use to clean greasy Restaurant kitchen tile and grout?

I have an sx-12 with 1200 psi pump. and a extractor with autodump. but im looking for your guys and gals opinions on what to use..

i have in stock:
Viper Venom
spinergy 11
Floor Stripper
Greased lighting

hes not really looking for the grout to come out perfect. he is looking for the tile to not be so slippery..

That Restaurant turned out awsome. u used viper venom with citrus solve degreaser as a booster.. also mixed in some boost all. used greased lighting straight on the really thick crappy spots. some areas we used putty knifes to scrape the grease out of the grout lines before we cleaned.. used an amazing amount of water.. did most of it twice.. then sealed

I've oversprayed my restaurant carpet prespray on tile, amazing how that strips the grease

yeah.. i did that with flex once.. and yeah wow.. but flex kills me. the fumes arnt good for you..
