Good additive to kill smoke odor?

Can anyone recommend a good product to add to a detergent preconditioner for upholstery cleaning. I have a pub that is going to become 100% non-smoking and they'd like their chairs and booths cleaned and deodorized to remove cigarette smoke smell.
