Got a call for a water job today. Custy told me a pipe in the basement broke and flooded 3 rooms and a hall.
During set up I asked how the pipe broke. She told me another cleaner was cleaning the carpets yesterday and he hooked into an interior water supply in the basement.
Long story short, he snapped the pipe, flooded the basement, loaded up his truck, took the check she left on the counter and took off.
I know this cleaner and called him. He said it's not hid fault custy had weak plumbing.
Some guys don't care about their rep.
