End of day SOP

Would anyone share information on what system you have in place for techs to restock supplies turn in money finish paperwork ect....

Drain waste tank
Fill water tank
Clean Pre Filter
Restock Chemicals
Rinse/wash van if necessary
Plug in tablet if necessary
Put checks/cash in lockbox by front door

Each technician had their own assigned van. They benefited or Suffered based on how they kept their money-making set-up.

However, sometimes I would use their vans and equipment.
I was disappointed to discover that they would continue to work with items not in peak performance.
I was a trusting Owner who should have verified their action more often.

I have a little trouble even from my son. Nothing super major but he’ll let little things go. Like putting shut off handles in backwards. Little annoying things.

Why they continued to work with a wand with clogged jets I beyond me.

I run exactly the same set up the problem is I want a written form that shows exactly what my expectation is so that they know it

I have one cleaner tech that everybody loves and gets five star reviews but when I look in his van I wonder if he lives out of it lmao

The thing I use is inspect what you expect.

Now if I could only just follow my own advice I need to let them know what I expect so I can inspect it later

The van was too far away to get the tools to unclog the jets.. You just need to over lap moar..

This is exactly my best guy everything looks perfect unless you look inside the cab even the back is good lol
