I’ve use the Bentley (I know, shut up) for the couple years I’ve owned my TM, up until I started using the 1.5” Evolution a couple months ago.

My customer base hasn’t changed, my way of following up with customers hasn’t changed. My machine hasn’t changed.

The only thing that’s changed is my wand.

All the sudden, I’m getting callbacks for spots wicking back. I can trace the callbacks to when I started using the Evo.

Does the Evo suck or is it because I went from a 2” wand to a 1.5” wand? Or, so I suck? I do plenty of dry passes and I don’t overwet the spots.

Hopefully my new Mach 12 2” will be here soon and then I’ll know.

the chatter causes a loss in airflow and the vacuum needs time to recover, so they say.

The Sapphire 12 is better than the Mach12, smaller vacuum manifold, far better jet placement.

What about the Mach 12 with a 2” tube? That’s what I bought.

the Benttree is actually a very good cleaning wand.
(had an original with the brass spaghetti tree joke of a manifold)

John Yogilababeara screwed the pooch on it by not thinking how he would mount a jet manifold before he had 1000 heads cast...

I chopped up my PIA Bentleys.
The 2 inch EVO is better than the 1.50.
on a 1.50 EVO I would not go higher than 4 flow.
My 2 inch x 14 inch dev pro wand is my wand of choice.

Are you using the evo stock with 2 jets and the black delrin glide? That wand is easily upgradable to 4 jets and teflon...

Using 1.5 wands was a source of many headaches as a young cleaner. 2 inch solved it ... but the1.5 Dev is no problem.

would you recommend the Neptune hose or Stainless Steel tubing for the SS 12 inch wand?

All wand I prefer the stainless steel tubing. It serves as my temperature gauge. If you can touch it without getting burnt, something's wrong.

The EVO 's head is just too light to make continuous contact.
Try adding some weight to the head in some way.
My 28 year old 16 inch castex with a glide is perfect
