I get a lot of people who only need 2 rooms done in these big homes and then a few weeks later call me and want the rest of the place done. How often does that happen to you guys?

It doesn't happen to often , but it does happen.

Also not often here. I encourage the tech's to get them to do whatever needs done when they are there. I think Cust's decide in the first few minutes if they want you to do more.

I had that happen up in the country club. The gal told me once I was done she would have me back to do all three levels.... I told her I was glad I passed the "audition". She giggled a bit at that.

It happen more and more. As my price goes up I have seen this happen several times in the last month, they do see a difference and they want more.
