I’ve got a Brushpro I’ve used, I did 2 commercial jobs with it, low soiling, DS2 chems. Wasn’t happy with the results....SOLID prevac is a MUST... bring a garbage bag, cause your going to be picking up ‘carpet poops’....
Bought a Cimex.....

I have a 20" CRB that we have used for encap. It works well. We usually use our Cimexes for that job. Cimexes have more contact with the carpet and therefore are faster and more effective than a CRB. However CRB's have trays (removable) that can pick up debris, too, that a Cimex cannot do.
