Use either one…
a little goes a long way…
small dab begins to heal almost instantly...
use as often as needed….
Preventive maintenance use before bed and again in morning.

It’s the fastest working ointment around….works like a charm

Thanks for the tip; Curel doesn't do much. Freezing temperatures and chemistry is a bad combo .

butt paste is the best and works fast.
Keep applying small tabs….a bit pasty at first but absorbs within 2-5 minutes.
