How could it be better?
same time of year right?
30 miles from anything interesting when in Vegas it's all within walking distance and in Florida you were already on the beach.

We'll see how classes go in Vegas in September, maybe Cooper has a trick up his sleeve and things will be different.

Who knows, I may even show up as I always need an excuse to visit my Pop.

Mikey;

I plan on taking a few pictures of your composure after a few routine events we have planned for you . . .

as you soar in a 124-foot-wide circle with the wind blowing in your face at 35 mile per hour and your feet dangling in sheer terror 400-feet above the ground.

After that, Ray has a motorcycle course where he can show you what trails Texans ride on, for relaxation.

Finally, if you are still standing upright, then we'll put you on Cooper's Segway with the controls scrambled,

right next to the pool, in front of the convention guests.

Be prepared, this ain't chicken egg farming.

Larry

P.S. Maybe we'll throw in a few laps at Texas Motor Speedway in an open Indy car to get your blood pumping . . .

So what will the wives and kids be doing while dad sits in the "Watch Dusty get his shoes wet" class?

Take the 12 freeways/30.5 miles across the great plains to go to the Ross Perot Museum? or the 51.2 miles to the Stockyards of Ft Worth?

Well its only 22 mile to the Bass Pro.

it's a mere 127 miles up to Nick's BBQ if he times it right..

Looks like Cobbs place at only 27 miles away will be the biggest draw. Who knows, his carpet may even be dry by then..

Things to do in Frisco Tx :eekk:

I hear there's good hog hunting in Texas. Maybe I send John to the show and I go hog hunting!

I would prefer Fort Worth over Dallas because you can get around much easier and attractions are closer to each other. Dallas has great options, but you have to plan and drive because like LA, it’s all spread out. When you really do your research on the Metroplex you can find 100’s of things for families to do - but most folks don’t take the time to plan before they show-up. Being in April, folks won’t have their families anyway.

I”m selfish, I wish they would move it around so we could see many different cities across the US.
