Just struck a deal to purchase the building I am in. 5K square feet on 3 acres.

This is a very exciting event for us. This is our 5th year in business and the rate of controlled growth has been fantastic!

Way to go Craig. That is very exciting. We moved into our new building which is 2700 sf two years ago. Ours only sits on 1/2 an acre. After looking back on how much we spent for rent for 5 years I often wonder why I did not do it sooner.
