color sealing shower

I had a client call and ask me to remove the grout in shower and wanted it regrouted she is selling g the house .
I suggested color seal I've been told by grout sealer direct owner to not seal the pan that it will blister . This is my second job today any advice ? I figure I can just acid the pan and scrub the heck out of it color seal and recaulk polish glass .

Are you saying don't color seal the walls ?
I'm not going to color seal the pan just going to clean it really wel ?
What is your advice what would you do ?

I re read and it did sound like I was going to seal pan but thats not the plan just walls

we ended up just cleaning it really wel re caulk and hard water restoration. It came out great .
