Seems like things are changing at Cobb Carpet Supply lately. I'd like to hear from the horse's mouth what's going on.

Everyday is Saturday.
i am here locally and use the 800 number and allways get through. even when they are busy they will take your number and call you back as fast as they can. just try again and you and your wallet will be happy.

No, there is no local supplier for the dynechem products that I know of.

Been doing business with Cobb monthly for nearly a year now.
Never once a problem answering their phones or getting the goods in the mail.

I called this morning to place a order. Let the phone ring 20 times, no answer.
Must take you Texans awhile to get out of bed in the morning.

I have learned how to build wands and install TMs while troubleshooting on the phone... :wink:
I'll hire someone later in the year, but it's not liekly she'll give good phone like Lisa did.
