Click Fraud!!!

I was reading a Dummies book at Barnes and Noble's last night which said this was a big problem. Seems like click fraud rings will usually go after bigger companies but for us small timers, your competitors can purposely be clicking on your ad to bring your cost up and eventually forcing you to get out ofthe program.

The internet is definitely a great medium to advertise in but this may be a deal breaker for most. Apparantely there is software or services that can detect this on your site, but will the click companies reduce your charges after seeing your reports of fraudulant clicks?.

Anyone know anything else about this?

Heck with pay per click.
I want to get on the paid per click band wagon.

Think of all the money you could make with just a few chimps and some strong coffee.

Just up'd it to 300 per month for the max.

Yahoo's got one now that has a flat rate so no worries on the click fraud.

Oh yeah, unless someone hates me, DON'T click on my ad, 2 bucks a pop..ouch!!

Great ad Al! I check it every day to see what special you're running.
My kids think it's nice too.

Yeah, to do a local search you probably want to search for "carpet cleaning in (your city)". You choose keywords and pay your max amount per click.
