She called today and asked if I had a opening, arived and did walk through with her, 2 toddlers had left thier mark on the short level cut pile, she had ss clean it a year ago but they couldn't fit her in today, she watched as I sticky tabed the furniture and slid it all to one side and when I started to prespray (o2) she started asking questions, what is that? does that cost extra? what does it do?, I answered all her questions and started cleaning, her eyes about popped out of her head, she said that the carpet didn't look that good when she moved in, after I groomed she couldn't say enough how wonderfull the carpet looked and how sorry she was for thinking that I was going to come in and try to jack up the price because of her dirty carpet!!
