only if there is a thick old sealer on a large shower pan since its a little faster than a makita

we dont do much commercial though, I did do a restaurant that had wood-look tile and used CRB with green brushes... it was a super greasy gyro spot.

My crew that clean restrooms weekly like them, but being done that often helps I’m sure. If it didn’t cut it, they would use a 175.

Great for textured porcelain and travertine, everything else is better suited to a pole brush or a 175
