Place a finger under your 6 jet/6 or 8 flow wand at 400 PSI and feel the impact of each jet.

Now do the same with a 2 jet wand set to 4 flow at 400 PSI...

POW!

Usually I test wands for half a room or so when I'm tweaking Glides, some I can hardly stand to use for more than a few strokes.

But this damn AW29 is actually a joy to use. :eekk::eekk::eekk::eekk:

At at 500 PSI with "just" 4 flow, its cleaning exellent and drying AMAZINGLY!

The head is an inch higher than ideal, no window of course, dont miss the swivel (only 14" wands really need one), its a tad heavy to carry around but once on the carpet, it's easypeasy.

A single jet wand will blow you away.

Mikey’s full of it

His goofy ass is too tall for one of those wands. There’s no way he can enjoy it

I used my 29 all day today.

We cleaned the ENTIRE law firm.

Carpet only, all offices, common spaces, and 4 levels of stairs.

IDGAS what anyone says,

The AW29 is a good little wand.

One caveat though…

Having the right glide, jets, and pressure is paramount.

Correct chemistry;

Purified H2O is the kicker…

Not with a round glide it isn't.

I can perform a 4' stroke with it, without bending over.

Just like all my other wands.
Your aw29 must be longer than mine because it fits my very short Hispanic employee much better than it fits me without getting back pain.

don't mistake what I determined to be the optimum psi for that wand, to never having been higher.

I don't believe most adjust PSI up and down on the same job enough times on enough different carpets to "know" know.

I think most are pack following lemmings parroting the de jour

At a recent event I had asked a very popular YouTube carpet cleaning guru to turn out this pressure so we could demo the hard surface glide, 5 minutes later he hadn't come back from his truck so I went to see what was up, he was fiddling around with the vacuum blower lube cap and staring at his machine like he was looking at it for the first time, turns out for the first time in 16 years he actually thought about adjusting the pressure. The pressure. He's been cleaning everything at 630 psi for 15 years...

I used a AW29 for 30 years and loved them/ Now the next excellent dinosaur that works really well is the original kleenrite upholstery tool.

That was an excellent handpiece, and still is. I bought a brand new one four or so years ago. Great for cleaning bullnoses and nook's and crannies.
The first thing you should do with it is remove the four screws holding the two pieces together and dunk them in NeverSeize. Eliminates the headache of the dissimilar metals freezing together. By that, I mean the screws to the aluminium body.
