Get Quick Books Pro. It will do everything you need it to do.

Navision Financials (now owned by the big evil Microsoft). We built our order entry system into it, added a bar-code tracking package for our plant and also Paragon Routing Software to route our crews. Huge investment but we needed the customized product for our complicated little business.

Quickbooks Pro, I've also used Peachtree, but QB is a lot easier for reports and information searches.
