Building maintanance contracts

Anybody do color coded maintanance contracts for commercial buildings?
I would like someone to mail me copies of their contracts etc so I can see how others set them up.

Best ones I ever saw were made by Host and I think the Service Master has them too. But in either case you'd have to spend a fortune.

Maybe some techie dude can make them - you know Jimmy if you were perhaps a tad more polite to that mexican in Topeka, he could help you.

ChemSpec and their Carpet Appearance Managment Program (CAM) had great lay out and Bob Hughe's son Jim even had a computer program that you could figure and draw areas. Haven't seen or heard about it in years..
