What do you do when you get to bid something way out of your league. Like what if the monthly payroll would be higher than your current gross sales. Or if you it would require 4 times the # of employee's you currently have.

I just sharpen my pencil and submit a bid. I've done it once before and sold the account before I started it.

My partner and I are here again, about to do the same thing. But we won't sell this time, we will get a loan if we get it. I'm a little nervious. 53 cleaners plus management. :?

I would look for a good labor company to assist as you hire

This is the kind of problem I'd love to run into. Get the bid, then worry about getting it done. The equipment and resources are there.

Using a labor company is a good idea. They can handle all of the headaches of having employees. Also the ability to get a lot quick.

All posted is the way to go, but remember that you have to make the payment on the loan, include all intrest and any other cost you can think of, nit pick the "H" out of it, if you get my drift, and charge for "everything"!
