Michael,

I see you use the Rotovac instead of a carpet wand. What is the Rotovac connected to when you are cleaning?

I also see you advertise tile cleaning on your Website. What are you currently using for tile and grout cleaning, and is it not doing a good job?

Michael;

I like a cylindrical brush machine for tile & grout.

The brushes can get to the grout lines.

If you have a TM, the Turbo-Hybrid rotary extractor will also do a good job.

I'm currently using the rotovac with tile brushes for my tile cleaning. The disadvantage to this is that I have to use a wand to suck up the water. I'm looking for a tile machine that does both scrub and suck in one operation.

Have considered a hard surface spinner? such as the Hybrid Trubo, SX-12, or the mytee redline spinner?

if you use good juice like floor stripper with some oxyblaster, 85% of the time there will be no need for scrubbing. buy a turbo hybrid and blast it with 850-1150 psi and you will have amazing results. (pressure must vary as grout condition and overall floor conditions allow)
