I'm not fond of December for Floor'd or GG, where the whole world takes half the month off.

Three cleaning jobs this week, a Dojo for 900, a wood floor for 1300 and a bank for 1700

and too much to do for TCS and MF....

Loving every minute of it all though...

Residential is slow but I just booked a $2500 commercial job and the rugs are still coming in.

For the first time in 14 years, i took a full 2 weeks off.

We are booked for the first 3 weeks of January.

I need another 2-4 weeks off.

Of course, there was the ‘end of the month rush’, we decided to push it into January.

I said that there was NOTHING that would disrupt my holiday hiatus.

I was correct in my assumption. They are willing to wait, and now it’s time to get back to earning.

Why TF have I not done this earlier in my career???

Long overdue

A work life balance is all too often attained once it's too late to do either well.
