I have a pump (belt driven trash pump 3in NPT ) that specs to 105 ft of head and 26ft of suction. Question, is this enough to over come 16â€Â

What pressure is it rated at...? It needs 32 PSI, just to break even. Ideally, it should be rated at 75 PSI or higher...

26 feet of lift equals 312"....not that the pump can do it without a lot of help, via priming and foot valves.
As Duane implied vacuum IS pressure...measured from the other direction.
