I used it one time but it was not at all what most would call normal usage. We had just lost our first year's client database so we used a purchased mailing list. Booked a $400 job ... it paid for the whole deal.
I just saw the new marketing package that JonDon will have ready in a couple of weeks. They handle it all after you want in newsletter or postcard format.
