Slap a coat or 2 of wax on it. It's screwed but it can be shiny and screwed. I squeezed an extra year out of the shitty old laminate at my rugby club that way. It held up pretty well. Not something I recommend but it worked.

Loks like some massive lippage going on. Hard to tell on my cracked cell phone screen.

I installed Pergo in one of my rentals in Tulsa. The kitchen sink supply line burst and flodded the kitchen. All the Pergo curled up on the edges. I ended up ripping it all out and installing tile.

Man, I can’t wait to get some rental property again.

I love my fake wood floor lol, installed it 4yrs ago about and with 3 big dogs it looks brand new. Dropped my hammer on it a dozen times while I was installing the LVP and it doesnt even make a ding.
