I did what I wanted financially but fell short on other goals like being more organized. 2020 is going to be different. I'm going to be way out of my comfort zone. Hopefully it yields!

I'll fall short on both my top and bottom line budget #s, still a nice increase on the year gross and net but kind of an odd year for us

Same as last year but I quit doing every stupid thing customers and PM's would ask me to do and just focused on cleaning. No more rental turnovers, painting, leaky plumbing, etc. I did do two gutter cleaning jobs in November. One 3 stories, one 4. My body still feels it. They pay whatever I want but just cant swing those 40ft. ladders anymore.

Looks like we are going to fall short of target by $7k but we lost a full time tech, trained another one, hit a deer with one of the vans and it wasn’t usable for two weeks, and had a baby this year. Not bad.
