First off what is "Dry Steam" ? Is this something I need to learn about ? Can I do it with my Genesis ? Or,.. Can this only happen with the mighty "V",... .18 cents my butt! One hour dry times,...and that changes when you read the FAQ's page.

Bait and switch with a "V" ? Maybe? Sad to see though!

It doesn't matter what you have, you should be able to do a great job and get paid well for it. .18 cents is sad.

But more money than most guys around here are getting.

I would do vacants for .18 over the .34 we get for furnished!

A lot less hassle moving furniture & they are 1-man jobs.

600 hr X .34 =$204.00 2-tech's

1000 hr X .18 =$180.00 1-tech

Split my crew and give them each a truck combined that's $360.00

Too bad we don't get many vacants!

I have a .20 sq ft vacant I'm about to head out too.

It will be the easiest money I'll make today.

Last Tuesday before my trip i did a whole house at the standard fare. I'm sure the per hour rate will be greater on the vacant.

Yea, most pieces with the exception of beds, china cabinets, entertainment centers, piano's or anything that is not structurally sound.

It all kills our production time, but it's what the customer expects.

Do you guys usually move furniture on the occupied jobs?

With in reason
Similar/same as Rich.

We have different pricing to suit the custy's needs.

If they want steak, we'll sell'em steak
If they want hambuger, we'll sell'em that too.

It's all about catching crawdads
